3PL stands for third party logistics. It’s a way of outsourcing your supply chain and logistics operations to a specialised company. 3PL services can include warehouse storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, transportation, returns processing, and more. You’ll sometimes hear 3PL companies referred to as fulfilment companies, fulfilment warehouses, or fulfilment centres.
Warehousing involves storing and managing a company’s goods before they’re shipped to their final destination. Warehousing services include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distributing goods.
Yes. Our minimum spend is $5,000 a month across all services. Most brands reach it at around 500 orders a month, and some with fewer, depending on order size and items per order. If you’re well below that, we’d suggest keeping fulfilment in-house a little longer so you get the full benefit when you switch.
NinjaLogistics’ warehousing services encompass everything from unloading, receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, pick & pack, distribution, and more. Our comprehensive solutions are designed to meet your every need, streamline your operations, and make order fulfilment more efficient.
Most brands pay an order fee that drops as volume grows, a per-item pick fee, packaging, storage and courier charges. Complete our questionnaire and your rate card is emailed to you automatically.
We work with ecommerce brands across fashion, health and beauty, electronics, homewares, sports and more. We’re not the right fit for dangerous goods, heavy or bulky items, furniture, or Amazon prep on its own.
On eligible parcels, yes. It depends on your product profile, the destination and which couriers can carry the parcel, so not every parcel or courier is charged on dead weight.
Yes, for brands using our full 3PL service. We don’t offer Amazon prep on its own.
